# MDC Progress — Media Manifest

Generated 2026-07-23 from the live `mdc-progress-app` repository (branch `main`, commit at time of generation). All paths are relative to the repo root.

**Total media**: 102 files, 1.5GB (90 videos, 10 screenshots, 1 extension package, 1 favicon).

## 1. Daily coaching videos — `public/videos/`

90 files. HeyGen avatar + ElevenLabs voice renders, burned-in captions (white-on-black, top-of-frame). Naming: `day{N}-{lang}.mp4`, N = 1–60, lang = `en` | `de`.

**Coverage:**
- **English**: all 60 days produced.
- **German**: days 1–30 only. Days 31–60 not yet produced (in-flight work, see Known Gaps below).
- **Cantonese (yue)**: 0 days produced — text/UI translation is live, video is not (see Known Gaps).

**Used by:**
- `lib/day-state.ts` — `videoInfo(day, lang)` resolves the file path + fallback state
- `content/video-map.ts` — `LAST_PRODUCED_DAY` gates when a language falls back to English with a banner
- `app/(app)/training/page.tsx` — Training Center, plays the current day's video via `VideoPlayer`
- `app/(app)/today/VideoPlayer.tsx` — the actual `<video>` player component
- `app/(app)/today/overview/page.tsx` — founder-only preview grid of all 60 days' videos at once

Packaged from `ai-success/extension-multi-scanner` v1.7.0 (the current, actively-maintained scanner extension — not the older standalone `AI-Success-Friend-Scanner` copy). Rebuilt fresh from source at packaging time; the copy previously sitting in the ai-success repo itself was two weeks stale.

**Used by:**
- `app/(app)/extension/ExtensionInstallClient.tsx` — the "⬇ Download extension (.zip)" button

## 4. Favicon — `app/favicon.ico`

1 file, 25.3KB. Served automatically by Next.js's App Router file convention (no explicit `<link>` needed anywhere in the codebase).

## Not included in the zip — unused boilerplate

Five `create-next-app` scaffolding assets exist in `public/` but are **not referenced anywhere** in the codebase (confirmed via full-repo grep across `app/`, `components/`, `lib/`):

- `public/file.svg`
- `public/globe.svg`
- `public/next.svg`
- `public/vercel.svg`
- `public/window.svg`

Left in place (harmless, ~15KB total) but excluded from this media package since they're dead weight, not real app media.

## Known gaps (as of this manifest)

1. **German videos, Days 31–60**: not yet rendered (30 files missing).
2. **Cantonese videos, all 60 days**: not yet rendered. Text/UI is fully translated; video production uses the same HeyGen+ElevenLabs pipeline as EN/DE and needs a scope/cost decision before starting (real per-video API spend).
3. **Cantonese Feature Guide screenshots**: the 10 images above are English-UI captures; recapturing against the live Cantonese UI is pending.
